The role
You run the delivery side of Flaredog engagements: timelines, scope, risk, and communication with the customer. You work between sales, engineering, and the customer to make sure what gets promised gets shipped. You report to the Head of Delivery.
What you will do
- Plan and run delivery timelines across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Manage scope and flag risk early, to both the customer and internal team.
- Coordinate engineering, security, and the customer through go-live.
- Keep delivery documentation and status current and honest.
What you bring
- 3+ years managing technical delivery or projects for enterprise customers.
- Comfort managing multiple engagements with competing deadlines.
- Enough technical fluency to hold engineers and customers to account.
- Clear written and spoken communication with enterprise stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI, data, or infrastructure projects.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management background.
- Experience working through systems integrators or in regulated industries.
