Flaredog takes enterprise AI from idea to secured production, end to end. Alongside our delivery work we build a product portfolio that turns recurring enterprise pain into software: DuraGraph, Finsightly, Tradoing, and UpstackLab. We are founder-led, early-stage, and expanding across Asia.

The role

You build and ship product features across the stack, from schema and API to the React frontend. You work in a small senior team with direct founder access, and you own what you ship in production.

What you will do

• Build features end to end: data model, API, and React UI.
• Ship to production and own reliability, not just the happy path.
• Write clear code and clear design docs a small team can move fast on.
• Review pull requests and help set engineering standards.

What you bring

• Strong TypeScript, React, and Node experience in production.
• Comfort owning a feature end to end in a small team.
• A real understanding of databases, APIs, and testing.
• Clear written communication in code review and design docs.

Nice to have

• PayloadCMS, Next.js, or Postgres experience.
• Work with LLM or AI features in production.
• Open-source contributions we can look at.
