About Flaredog

Flaredog takes enterprise AI from idea to secured production, end to end. Alongside our delivery work we build a product portfolio that turns recurring enterprise pain into software: DuraGraph, Finsightly, Tradoing, and UpstackLab. We are founder-led, early-stage, and expanding across Asia.

The role

You own product design end to end: research, flows, UI, and the design system. You work directly with the founders and engineers to turn rough problems into interfaces people trust. Decisions here carry weight, this is a small team where design has a real seat at the table.

What you will do

• Design flows and interfaces for new features, from sketch to shipped UI.
• Own and grow a design system engineers can build from consistently.
• Run lightweight user research and turn findings into concrete changes.
• Work directly with founders and engineers through the full build cycle.

What you bring

• A portfolio showing shipped product design, not just concept work.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you can design from a rough problem statement.
• Working fluency in Figma and modern design-to-code handoff.
• Clear communication with engineers and founders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for data-heavy or enterprise software.
• Basic front-end coding skills.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
