About Flaredog

The role
You lead technical delivery for Flaredog engagements: scoping, building, and shipping enterprise AI into production. You work directly with customers and internal teams to make sure what we sell is what we deliver, on time and secured. You report to the Head of Delivery.
What you will do
- Scope and build the technical solution for each customer engagement.
- Own delivery timelines and communicate status honestly to customers.
- Harden delivered systems for security, reliability, and enterprise requirements.
- Work with sales during scoping to keep commitments realistic.
What you bring
- 3+ years delivering technical projects for enterprise customers.
- Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills you can apply directly.
- Comfort owning a delivery end to end, including the hard conversations.
- Clear written and spoken communication with customers.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI or data infrastructure projects.
- Experience working through systems integrators or in regulated industries.
- Consulting or professional services background.
